Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Coral Flowers, we take great care to ensure that every bouquet is prepared and delivered to the highest standard of quality.

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are available only in the following cases:

  • The delivered flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not as described.

  • The order was delivered to the wrong address due to our error.

2. Notification Timeframe
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the customer must contact us on the same day the delivery is scheduled or completed.
Requests made after the delivery date or the next day will not be accepted, as fresh flowers are perishable goods.

3. Refund Process
Once the issue is reported and verified, we will either:

  • Offer a replacement bouquet, or

  • Issue a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only if we are notified before the bouquet is prepared (usually 24 hours before the delivery date).

  • Once the flowers have been arranged or dispatched for delivery, cancellation or refund is no longer possible.
