Delivery Information
At Coral Flowers, we aim to ensure that every bouquet arrives fresh, beautiful, and on time. Please read the delivery information below before placing your order.
Delivery Method
Most deliveries are completed using trusted third-party courier services. In some cases, deliveries may be carried out by our internal delivery team depending on the location and availability.
Once the bouquet leaves our studio and is handed to the courier, the delivery process is managed by the courier service.
Delivery Time
We aim to deliver within the agreed delivery window communicated at the time of order.
However, delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

Traffic conditions
-
Weather conditions
-
Courier workload
-
Road closures or accidents
-
Peak holiday periods (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, International Women’s Day)
For this reason, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Recipient Availability
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the recipient is available to receive the bouquet at the delivery address.
If the courier attempts delivery and:

the recipient does not answer the phone or door
-
the recipient refuses to accept the delivery
-
the recipient is unwilling to collect the bouquet from the courier when requested
-
incorrect contact or address details were provided
the order may be considered unsuccessful delivery.
Because flowers are perishable goods, if the bouquet is lost, returned, or spoiled as a result of the recipient being unavailable or unresponsive, Coral Flowers cannot be held responsible and refunds or replacements will not be issued.
In such cases, responsibility for the order lies with the recipient and/or the person who placed the order.
Safe Place Delivery
If the recipient is unavailable, the courier may attempt to:

leave the bouquet in a safe place
-
leave the bouquet with a neighbour or reception desk
-
contact the recipient to arrange collection
Once the bouquet has been delivered to the address or safe location provided, the order is considered fulfilled.
Address Accuracy
Customers must ensure that all delivery information is correct, including:

full address
-
postcode
-
recipient name
-
recipient phone number
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delivery Areas
Delivery availability may vary depending on the location. If an order is placed for an area that cannot be serviced by our courier partners, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Special Delivery Dates
During peak flower holidays (such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and International Women’s Day), delivery demand is significantly higher. Deliveries during these periods may occur at any time during the day.
Specific delivery times may not be guaranteed during these dates.
