1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Coral Flowers London through our website, Instagram, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.

By placing an order with us, the customer confirms they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

All bouquets and floral arrangements are handmade using fresh seasonal flowers.

Because flowers are natural products, slight variations in colour, size, or flower variety may occur depending on availability and seasonality. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if necessary while maintaining the overall style and colour palette of the arrangement.

3. Orders

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details, including address and contact information, are accurate at the time of ordering.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if necessary due to availability, delivery constraints, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the agreed delivery window.

However, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, our driver may:

  • Leave the flowers in a safe place

  • Leave them with a neighbour or reception

  • Attempt to contact the recipient

In such cases, the order will be considered successfully delivered.

In case if delivery couldn't be completed, the sender may be charged for a second attempt of delivery.

5. Refunds & Complaints

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refund requests must be reported on the same day the delivery is scheduled or completed.

Requests made after the delivery date may not be eligible for a refund.

If there is an issue with the order, customers may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the product received.

Refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion depending on the situation.

6. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before the bouquet preparation process has begun.

Once flowers have been arranged or dispatched for delivery, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

7. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may include VAT where applicable.

Delivery fees are charged separately unless otherwise specified.

Prices may change without prior notice.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, accidents, or force majeure events.

9. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, branding, and content displayed on our website and social media are the property of Coral Flowers London and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
