We deliver fresh bouquets across London the same day when you order before 2pm (London time). Orders after 2pm are delivered on the next delivery day, and you can choose any later date in the bag before checkout.
Delivery windows and prices

The final delivery price is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates within your chosen window and can be affected by traffic, weather and peak days such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
Where we deliver
We deliver within London only. Bouquets are made to order in London and taken to the door by courier — never sent by post.
The recipient's phone number
Please add the recipient's phone number at checkout. We use it to arrange a convenient time and place, and so the courier can reach them on the day. If you only have their number and not their full address, read how to send flowers without the address.
If the recipient isn't available
The courier may leave the bouquet in a safe place, with a neighbour or at reception, or contact the recipient to arrange collection. Please make sure the address and phone number are correct — flowers are perishable, so we can't refund or replace a bouquet that can't be delivered because of incorrect details or an unavailable recipient.
