Every bouquet is delivered by courier on the day it is made, never posted. Same-day across London when ordered by 2pm, in a delivery window you choose at checkout.

Order by 2pm and your bouquet is arranged and delivered the same day, anywhere in London. Orders placed after 2pm are delivered next day.

Filmed on a Tuesday morning: one bouquet, one florist, one address in the City. This is how every Coral Flowers order travels — upright, in our own hands, never boxed into a courier van.
On the day
If the recipient is not home, the courier calls before leaving the bouquet with a concierge, a neighbour, or at an agreed safe place — flowers are never left outside without instruction.
If a variety is not at its best that morning, a florist messages you before substituting it with one of equal or greater value. If anything arrives short of perfect, write to us the same day with a photograph and we will remake or refund — refunds reach your account within 3–5 working days.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge until the bouquet enters assembly, usually 24 hours before delivery.
